James H. Flack has been painting since his early childhood in County Armagh. At 10, young James Flack was one of the youngsters whose paintings were chosen for display in a children's art exhibit that was a feature of the 1951 Festival of Britain. He holds the degrees of BA, BD, M.Th., and H.Dip.Ed. from Trinity College Dublin and Edinburgh University. He now devotes himself full-time to painting and teaching art in Athy, County Kildare. Flack exhibits regularly at galleries and in one-man shows in Ireland, Britain, Canada and the United States.
